The Wellness Center at Active Life will introduce you to training and exercise that you can do in your own home that will advance your prosthetic capabilities. Develop confidence in using your prosthesis and learn how to enrich your life through activity. Use the Wellness Center at Active Life as a fitness center on a routine basis, by joining our fitness classes.
