FAQDo I need a physician’s prescription?Yes. You will need to bring your Rx with you to your appointment. Active Life will follow-up with your Doctor, and answer questions you might have. Is an appointment necessary?An appointment is not necessary, but preferred. We accept walk-ins on a first come, first serve basis. Will my insurance cover my device?Active Life is contracted with most major insurance carriers. We will confirm your coverage, and advise you of any fees related to your policy. Do you have certified practitioners on staff?Our ABC certified practitioners, fitters and technicians have the education, skills, technical knowledge and training required to provide the appropriate tasks, services and management of patients. My physician is recommending the amputation of my leg. Is it too soon to contact Active Life Prosthetics & Orthotics?You may set up an appointment with a practitioner at Active Life at any
time. This will provide an opportunity to meet our clinicians, and discuss
options or questions you have regarding your prosthesis. There is no charge
for a consultation. |
